🎵 Perfecting Your Song – Melovida's Free Revisions Policy

At Melovida, we believe your custom song should capture every emotion and detail just right. That’s why we offer 2 free revisions to ensure your song is exactly how you envisioned it.

We understand that a song is more than just lyrics and melody—it’s a reflection of your unique story. Our goal is to create a song that deeply resonates with you and brings joy to your loved one.

✨ What’s Included in Your 2 Free Revisions?

When you receive your custom song, you’ll have the opportunity to request adjustments:

✅ Lyric Changes – Up to 5 lines can be adjusted to better fit your vision.
✅ Mispronunciation Fixes – If any words are mispronounced, we’ll correct them at no extra charge.
✅ Small Vocal or Instrumental Tweaks – Minor refinements to improve clarity or emotional impact.

📅 Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your song. After this period, your song will be considered final.

💡 Additional Changes (Extra Fees May Apply)

If you need further revisions beyond the 2 free rounds, we offer additional services for an extra fee, including:

🔄 Major Lyric Adjustments – More than 5 lines rewritten or fully restructured.
🎵 Re-recording in a Different Tempo or Perspective – Changing the song’s speed or narrative style (first-person, third-person, etc.).
🎤 New Recording by a Different Melovida Artist – If you’d prefer another artist’s style or voice.

These services depend on artist availability. If you're interested, reach out to our support team, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

❌ Revisions We Do Not Offer

To maintain quality and consistency, some requests cannot be accommodated:

🚫 Asking a different Melovida artist to re-record an already finalized song.
🚫 Requesting major instrumentation changes (adding or removing instruments).
🚫 Fully rewriting lyrics after final recording.
🚫 Altering melodies, vocal notes, or vocal runs.

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

All custom song purchases are non-refundable once your artist has begun working on your song. However, if we are unable to fulfill your request due to artist unavailability, we’ll offer you either:

✅ A full refund
✅ Melovida store credit for future use

Instant Song Orders are final and cannot be refunded or revised, as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.
